Question 2  How might information systems be used to assess critical success factors?

Information Management Systems would:

• Look at Pass rate at AS and A2 for all the students in the college;
• Compare the pass rates with other colleges;
• Compare the grades obtained by students with their predicted grades;
• Consider the "Value added" by the college;
• Consider reasons for any under-achievement.
